Start a request
Before returning an item, Contact our team or email mtqast@gmail.com. Include your order number when asking about an existing purchase. State the product, reason for the request and whether the item has been used. For a fault or wrong item, include clear photos.
Get instructions first
The team will review your order and confirm applicable eligibility, return instructions, any charges and the next steps. Wait for confirmation before sending an item; do not use a supplier's address from the packaging.
Refund updates
If a refund is approved and issued, keep the confirmation. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
