Cancel or Change an Order
Send a change or cancellation request as soon as possible after ordering. The team will check whether the order can still be amended.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Explain exactly what needs changing: product, size, quantity, address or cancellation.
- Wait for confirmation. A request does not change or cancel an order automatically.
