Always check the product label

Follow the care instructions supplied with the item. Test any cleaner or conditioner on a small hidden area first, and stop if the surface changes.

Smooth leather

Remove loose dust with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, direct heat and harsh household cleaners. Use a care product suitable for the specific leather and finish.

Suede & nubuck

Use a suitable dry suede brush gently. Avoid general leather polish or oils unless the product maker explicitly recommends them for that material.

Footwear

Let damp shoes dry naturally away from heaters. Remove surface dirt before storage and allow shoes to air between wears. Check the care guidance for the sole and upper separately.

Clothing & accessories

Follow washing and storage instructions on the care label. Empty bags before storing and avoid overloading straps or pockets.
